Dass is a former HPU Alumni who graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Business Administration in 1985. He was awarded the outstanding student award in addition to a full scholarship for a Masters in Business Administration. He joined National Mortgage and Finance Company, Ltd. in 1986 as an intern and was later tasked as a Commercial Property Manager responsible for commercial properties in Honolulu and Guam. He also successfully initiated the start up of several new housing developments for the City and County of Honolulu’s Housing Division in the 1990s. With over 30 years of property management experience, Dass is currently the President of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd, which has grown from an original staff of 10 to 140, managing more than 228 associations on Oahu and 65 associations on the island of Hawaii.
Kanani, CMCA®, PCAM®, joined Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. as a Principal Account Executive for several large scale master planned communities with an extensive background in AOAO residential communities. She served as a Board/Developer liaison for residential, commercial, and resort developments across the island, and provided training and educational seminars for owners new to the association lifestyle. Public speaking and presentations highlighting Board responsibility, covenants enforcement, and creating a fiscally sound budget are among the many values she brings to Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. Kanani is an honors graduate in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She volunteers her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the State Judiciary, and enjoys Insanity fitness and weight-training.
Kevin has more than 35 years in the industry and started his career with Hawaiian Properties more than 20 years ago as a property manager. In addition to overseeing a team of property managers and managing a handful of associations, he is currently one of Hawaiian Properties’ senior development specialists. He has collaborated with several real estate developers to successfully initiate the startup of their condominium projects including the most recent, 801 South Street. Kevin’s hobby is woodworking and can build anything from furniture to jewelry boxes, to clocks.
Cathy Mak joined Hawaiian Properties as Director of Finance, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, effective January 2022. She is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that optimize financial and accounting processes and increase efficiency. She brings more than 25 years of extensive experience excelling in financial leadership roles, most recently, Vice President, Finance, at Aqua-Aston Hospitality.
Cathy thrives at leading large-scale system implementations to promote operational excellence. By blending her expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, systems migrations, and project management, she effectively collaborates with senior teams to develop and execute action plans that advance the corporate vision. Resourcefulness, adaptability, and professional versatility enable her to quickly meet arising business needs in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Cathy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in Travel Industry Management. She then earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting with distinction and passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination. She is a board member at Sui Wah School Development Advisory Committee, which helps to promote the Chinese language and culture to the local residents in Hawaii. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Bill Denison was President of W. E. Denison Corporation before merging its operations with Hawaiian Properties in January 2023. Bill graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 1968; started his property management career in 1970 and formed W. E. Denison Corporation in 1973. Bill’s experience includes extensive hotel and condominium hotel operations, condominium rentals, commercial building management and over fifty years of homeowner association management services. Several of the condominium associations Bill has managed include well-known restaurant operations as well as other commercial and mixed-use occupancies.
While working full-time in Honolulu, Bill spends his weekends with a growing family on the Big Island of Hawai’i.
Kathy has worked in the community association management industry since 1999 and is knowledgeable in all areas of association and property management. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In her most recent position, she oversaw a team of 15 staff and 68 associations.
Shaunagh is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. Due to her knowledge, dedication, organizational and customer service skills, she has been able to successfully manage several of the company’s most challenging and complex associations. Shaunagh has managed townhomes, single-family homes, high rise, and mixed-use condominiums and currently manages eight associations.
For the past 25 years, Ben Voss has built his brand and reputation by enhancing customer experience and satisfaction across industries—including Real Estate. Prior to extending this passion to Hawaiian Properties, Ben served as Vice President for one of the largest privately-owned rental property management companies, Oishi’s Property Management, on Oahu. He was a hands-on senior property manager, provided oversight to more than 1,600 units, and strived to deliver excellent property management services to all of the firm’s clients.
A creative thinker and native Californian, he has lived on the islands for more than 20 years, driving sales and marketing for fortune 500 companies.
When he’s not working, Ben enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, hiking and any outdoor activity.
Kristi is the Vice President of Business Development at Hawaiian Properties, Ltd., joining the company in January 2016 with a mission to lead and expand its marketing efforts. Since her arrival, the company has more than doubled the number of properties it manages, a testament to her dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions.
Prior to her role at Hawaiian Properties, Kristi garnered a decade of experience overseeing the sales and marketing division of one of Hawaii’s largest association management companies. As the VP of Marketing, she was in charge of the sales and marketing activities across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and the Big Island. Kristi also coordinated the company's advertising initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Recognized for her achievements, Kristi was selected as one of Hawaii's top young business leaders in the Pacific Business News "Forty Under 40 2009.” Currently, she serves as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) - Hawaii Chapter and holds the esteemed position of Governing Councilor at IREM International.
Kristi’s commitment to community service is evident through her roles as Past President of the Rotary Club of West Honolulu and West Honolulu Rotary Club Foundation. She has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children, served as a Grief Facilitator for Kids Hurt Too, and held leadership positions such as President of the West Oahu Economic Development Association (WOEDA), Vice President of Membership for Toastmasters International and Vice President of Fundraising for the Rotary Club of Metropolitan. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawaii.

- Delay in payment being posted to your association account. Time for research may be needed to attempt to determine what the payer intended. Please provide us with a valid email address in order to resolve an error in a timely fashion.
- No payment being posted to your association account. If we are unable to determine the intended association account and are unable to communicate with you, the payment will be returned to the person making the payment.

Hawaiian Properties has contracted with Revo Property Pay in order to provide online payment services to the association owners. This service allows card transactions to be processed and allows access to the major credit card companies. The cost of providing the service is primarily from VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
This fee is Non-Refundable.
If you are an owner of an association managed by Hawaiian Properties, you may use this service. This service is NOT available to tenants of Hawaiian Properties managed RENTAL units at this time.
