Hawaiian properties accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
I OWN MORE THAN ONE UNIT, CAN I MAKE ONE PAYMENT FOR ALL UNITS?
Unfortunately, No. For accurate processing, you must make separate payment transactions using each of your different association account numbers.
WHEN DOES MY ONLINE PAYMENT GET POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Online payments will be posted within 24 business hours.
Any errors in the information entered may result in the following:
- Delay in payment being posted to your association account. Time for research may be needed to attempt to determine what the payer intended. Please provide us with a valid email address in order to resolve an error in a timely fashion.
- No payment being posted to your association account. If we are unable to determine the intended association account and are unable to communicate with you, the payment will be returned to the person making the payment.
The above two situations may result in your association’s late fees being assessed. Hawaiian Properties will not be responsible for any errors made by the payer and will not be responsible for any late fees your association may assess.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ONLINE PAYMENT?
Yes. You will need to contact Hawaiian Properties for a refund.
WHAT IS THE CONVENIENCE FEE?
Hawaiian Properties has contracted with Revo Property Pay in order to provide online payment services to the association owners. This service allows card transactions to be processed and allows access to the major credit card companies. The cost of providing the service is primarily from VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON THE CONVENIENCE FEE?
This fee is Non-Refundable.
WHO MAY USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES?
If you are an owner of an association managed by Hawaiian Properties, you may use this service. This service is NOT available to tenants of Hawaiian Properties managed RENTAL units at this time.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT?
You will need two items to make an online payment. (1) Credit Card (2) billing statement or coupon (for account information).
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ONLINE PAYMENT?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment.
WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE?
Please email us at info@hawaiianprop.com with details regarding your error. We will work with you to resolve the issue. However, the error may delay payment to your association and you may be assessed the association’s late fee.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION?
If you signed up for recurring and/or one-time payment before September 1, 2015, please CLICK HERE to go to the PayLease payment site. If you signed up after September 1, 2015, please CLICK HERE to go to the Revo Property Pay site.
WHO CAN SIGN UP FOR E-STATEMENTS?
If you receive billing statements, you may view your statements online through our eStatement option.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR ESTATEMENTS?
To sign up, you will need your eStatement ID (username) and Unit Number (password) located on your billing statement. Once you are signed up, you may view your statement and make online payments.
