COVID-19 Updates and Resources

On Thursday, September 24, 2020, we entered into the latest and current Emergency Order - 2020-27, the Tier I phased re-opening plan.  With this new order, many business establishments in our community were able to reopen, but in most cases, to only a limited and restricted capacity.  Additionally, use of parks and recreational facilities previously closed also became available again, but also under conditional and restrictive terms.  The order continues to stress maintaining strict compliance to safe practices that we’ve all become accustomed to; that primarily being keeping distance of not less than 6 feet apart from one another and the wearing of face coverings.  As during previous orders, Hawaiian Properties Ltd., as a provider of essential services, has and continues to serve the community associations and residential properties under our management at full capacity; however, in the interest of safety for our clients and staff, we continue to exercise the following diligent precautionary measures:

  1. Visitation of our offices and use of our conference rooms will not be permitted, with exception given only to pre-scheduled employment interviews and orientations.  Face coverings and temperature checks will be mandatory. 
  2. For drop-offs and pick-ups, a pre-scheduled appointment is required. Upon arriving at the designated drop-off/pick-up station at the street level parking garage entrance (Bethel Street), inform the on-duty security officer the name of the Hawaiian Properties personnel whom you have scheduled the drop off/pick-up with.

Additionally, we also continue to enforce safety requirements in our daily office routine, to include: temperature checks upon arrival, wearing of face coverings, keeping safe distances and limiting the number of employees in break and lunch areas; conducting periodic deep cleaning / sanitizing of our office spaces and promoting everyone’s participation of monitoring each other ensuing that safe practices are being conformed to; all while performing our duties to company standards.
